30-day money-back guarantee

Lovelier (operated by L. Laurén Oy) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — Lovelier Pro Monthly, Lovelier Pro Yearly, and Lovelier Lifetime. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout. You can also email us at hello@lovelier.dev and we'll help you through the process.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app, or from your Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period and will not renew after that.

After the 30-day window

We may consider refunds outside the 30-day window on a case-by-case basis (for example, in the case of a billing error). Please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make things right.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law where applicable.
